Recruiting
Mayflower hires only the best and the brightest people. We
maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates in
order to keep a pool of resources to enter our training programs
based on forecasted requirements. By doing this, we constantly
keep ahead of our clients’ growth needs. As part of
our hiring process, all candidates are given exams to test
their verbal skills and are screened for neutral accents.
Mayflower recruits from various sources such as colleges,
business schools, recruitment consultancy firms, and applications
via website. Mayflower has a well-planned selection process
that enables its recruitment team to assess the applicants
on an objective basis. The selection procedure is customized
as per specific project requirements. For instance, to apply
for a position in 'Medical Coding', the applicant will have
to clear a 'Coding Exam' which will test the candidate’s
knowledge of medical terminology related to human anatomy
and diseases
Training:
Our initial training program includes extensive training and
alignment of the mindset with Mayflower’s commitment
towards performance, quality, integrity, loyalty, commitment
and creativity. Once employees are selected to work on a specific
client account, we begin the process of training them on that
specific client's program requirements. The training is conducted
by the Team Lead, who will have just returned from working
on-site with that client in the U.S. and can share their first-hand
knowledge of the client's operations, corporate culture, and
requirements. At the end of the client training, each agent
is tested in a trial phase where they must exceed performance
standards in order to become a permanent part of the client
team.
